Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in a Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) & Department of Science and Technology (DST) funded research project. The research interest under the advertised post will be “Development of Colloidal ZnO nanocrystal based transparent conducting oxide”. The fellow will work under the supervision of Dr. Sanjit Sarkar, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Surendranath Evening College.
Duration: The fellowship is co-terminous with the project i,e, the fellowship will end on 21st Feb. 2022. The selected candidate will be considered for admission to Ph.D. Programme as a regular full-time scholar as per rules of Higher Education Dept, Govt. of West Bengal.
Emolument: The fellow will be paid a fellowship of Rs. 25000/month+ HRA for JRF and Rs. 28000+HRA for SRF.
Eligibility: Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry or relevant subjects with CSIR/UGC-NET /WBSET or valid GATE certificate or M.Tech. with specialization in Materials Science and Engineering.
