Candidates of the above are hereby asked to fill-up C.U Registration form through online print out by putting his/her application No. & mobile no. [ at the time of filling up the application from].

- Computerised money receipts.(Xerox)
- 2copies stamp size photo. (If applicable)
- 12th Admit & marksheet (Xerox).
- Cast Certificate Xerox and original (If applicable)
- Aadhaar card Xerox.
N.B :- No candidates shall be entertained after the expiry of the above mentions dates.
